Our verdict: GC AI
Best for in-house counsel working alone or in small teams on English-language contracts who want a known price upfront and a true API. Not for you if your legal data cannot leave the EU or if your practice is French law: servers are US-only, and so is the case law corpus.
Our verdict: Spellbook
Excellent for business lawyers and in-house counsels who live in Word and want to accelerate contract drafting cycles. Limited if you need full contract lifecycle management (CLM), explore other platforms for that scope. Not available in French.
