Albato

No-code automation platform billed per transaction, with AI agents and data migration between SaaS apps

Automatisation

Overview

Albato is a no-code automation platform linking SaaS apps via event-triggered scenarios, with a visual editor, AI agents and a data migration module to move records between tools. The billing unit is the transaction: each record processed by an automation consumes one, making direct comparison with Zapier tasks or Make operations misleading. The free plan covers 100 transactions per month, 5 active automations and 2 steps per automation. Pro goes to 22 USD/month (15 USD/month annual billing) with unlimited automations and steps, 5-minute triggers and AI agent access. A Teams plan at 93 USD/month (65 USD/month annual) adds 5 seats, and a Custom plan on request lifts the caps.

Albato's website and interface are offered in English, Portuguese and Spanish: no French version exists, which remains a barrier for a non-English team. The publisher documents GDPR-compliant data handling with a data processing agreement on request and annual SOC 2 Type II audit, but notes that data is stored on AWS servers in the United States: there is no EU data residency at this time. Albato exposes an API and also offers an embedded iPaaS for SaaS editors who want integrations in their own product. Limits stem from the billing model: beyond your allowance, each extra transaction is billed at full price, rising 50% if bought outside a package, which can surprise during an activity spike.

Our verdict

Best for SMEs who want to connect ten or so SaaS apps and migrate data between tools without coding, at entry pricing below Zapier. Avoid if your team works only in French or if data must stay on European servers: the interface is not translated and servers are in the United States.
