Automation Anywhere is a cloud RPA and agentic automation platform that allows you to design, deploy, and oversee software robots and AI agents from a centralized Control Room. The offering covers process mining, document processing, agent orchestration, and a catalog of ready-made bots in the Bot Store. A free Cloud Community edition provides access to core features for testing the platform or automating individual use cases, with no time limit but restricted scope. Enterprise offerings, sized for service or company-wide deployment, are not published and are negotiated on request with sales teams based on the number of deployed robots and agents.

The Automation Anywhere website is available in French among a dozen languages, making it easier for a French-speaking team to evaluate the tool, even though advanced technical documentation remains primarily in English. The platform documents security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and offers regional hosting options for Enterprise customers. REST APIs allow the Control Room and bots to be managed from third-party systems, and connectors cover Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, or Microsoft 365. The main limitation is pricing opacity beyond the free edition: without a published Enterprise grid, an SME must go through a complete sales cycle to learn the actual cost of deployment.
