It differs from Zapier or Make: automation here makes language models work on business documents, not sync databases. Cassidy exists in English only: website, interface and docs are untranslated, which weighs when non-technical French teams must adopt the tool. The publisher highlights SOC 2 Type II certification and GDPR compliance on its demanding customer offers, but does not publish an EU hosting region.
