Circleback transcribes and summarizes meetings in over 100 languages, with automatic generation of tasks assigned to each participant, cross-meeting search through history and automations triggered after each call. The tool offers a choice between a visible Circleback bot in the participant list, with automatic merging if multiple Circleback users are in the same call, and local recording via the desktop application, with no extra participant displayed. There is no permanent free plan: the Individual plan starts at $20.83 per user per month billed annually, and the Team plan at $25 per user per month, with an Enterprise plan on request for large organizations.

Circleback's site is available in French, which facilitates adoption by a French-speaking team, even if the product interface itself has not been verified in detail. The editor displays SOC 2 Type II, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, HIPAA and GDPR certifications, as well as a commitment not to use customer data to train its models, but without publicly specifying the country where servers are hosted. Developer access exists via CLI, webhooks and an MCP server to connect Circleback to AI agents or internal tools. The absence of a free plan and an entry price close to $21 per user position it above several competitors for a micro-business making only a few meetings per week.
