Clipdrop (developed by Stability AI, now owned by Jasper) bundles a dozen AI retouching tools on one platform: background removal, unwanted object cleanup, portrait relighting, upscaling up to 16x (Pro), variant generation, and text removal from images. Everything runs from the browser.

The free plan is generous: access to most tools with resolution limits. The Pro plan at ~$9/month removes all restrictions and provides high-definition export and API access to automate batch processing.

Our verdict

Clipdrop is the best multi-tool for AI retouching when an SME wants multiple capabilities without paying for multiple subscriptions. Less specialized than Remove.bg on background removal or Magnific on upscaling, but covers 80% of common needs at lower cost. English-only interface may hinder some teams.
