Copper CRM

CRM built for Google Workspace, with prospect management, pipelines and native integration to Google tools

CRM & ventes

Overview

Copper is a cloud CRM designed from day one to integrate natively with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive): contact and event sync happens automatically, making it a natural fit for an SME already using Gmail and Google Calendar as core tools. Pricing works per seat: the Basic plan ($23/month annual, $29 monthly) handles up to 2,500 contacts, task automation and simple pipelines; the Professional plan ($59 annual, $69 monthly) scales to 15,000 contacts and adds workflows, bulk email and reporting; the Business plan ($99 annual, $134 monthly) gives unlimited contacts, email sequences and premium support.

Copper offers no French interface: the site and tool stay English-only with no localization announced. The public REST API documented at developer.copper.com covers prospects, people, companies, opportunities, tasks, custom fields and webhooks, and the Zapier ecosystem lets you plug Copper into accounting (QuickBooks), e-signature (DocuSign, PandaDoc) or communication (Slack) tools. The main constraint is that Copper is a CRM with modest ambitions: advanced marketing automation or analytics features are thin compared to Salesforce or HubSpot, and per-seat pricing gets expensive fast for sales teams over five people.

Our verdict

Best for SMEs using Google Workspace who want a simple CRM built into Gmail and Google Calendar, with no setup complexity. Not for you if you need a full marketing automation suite, advanced accounting hookup, or contact volumes exceeding the 2,500 and 15,000 caps: per-seat cost climbs quickly.
