Dixa
European omnichannel contact center with AI agent billed per conversation, designed for high-volume e-commerce brands
Overview
Dixa is an omnichannel contact center platform that brings together phone, email, chat, messaging and social networks in one agent interface, with smart routing, knowledge base and unified customer history. The grid published by the publisher is billed per agent per month: Growth at €89, Ultimate at €139 and Prime at €179 in monthly payment, reduced to €71.20, €111.20 and €143.20 with annual commitment which removes 20%. The generative AI agent Mim is billed separately, €0.35 per conversation, with no seat to buy and no volume cap. Optional add-ons remain available on all tiers: quality assurance, advanced analytics and AI copilot. Voice is included in the plans rather than billed per minute, making the bill more predictable than a metered model.
Dixa is not localized in French on the agent interface, but the help center for end customers comes in over thirty languages and the copilot translates messages in real time both ways, letting you serve a French-speaking customer base with non-French-speaking agents. The publisher, Danish, documents European hosting: data is stored on Amazon servers in Ireland with daily backup to another site in Europe, a data processing agreement is published, and the company announces SOC 2 Type I certification. A public REST API covers conversations, queues and teams, and native connectors target e-commerce with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce, HubSpot and Klaviyo. The main friction remains the entry price: at €89 per agent, Dixa already assumes a significant contact volume.
Our verdict
Best for e-commerce brands handling high request volume across multiple channels who want data hosted in Europe with voice included rather than billed per minute. Not for you if your team has fewer than five agents or support is email-only: at €89 per agent per month, the platform is oversized.
