Overview
Dropzone AI is an autonomous SOC platform that deploys AI agents to investigate every security alert end-to-end: multi-source evidence collection, contextual analysis, verdict and remediation recommendation, without human intervention in the critical path. The system connects in 30 minutes via API to existing SIEM, EDR and firewall tools, without playbooks to configure or code to write.
In March 2026, Dropzone AI launched its AI Threat Hunter agent for proactive threat hunting, available in general availability by summer 2026. The platform manages unlimited users and provides over 60 pre-built integrations. Its pricing model is based on annual investigation volume, with an MSSP plan for managed security providers wanting to share agents across customers.
Our verdict
Dropzone AI is a very promising solution for SOC teams overwhelmed by alert volume: AI handles L1/L2 triage and frees analysts for complex cases. At $36,000/year, the price is justified for mid-market or MSSP. For an SMB without an internal SOC, it's more relevant to rely on an MSSP using Dropzone than to subscribe directly.
