Erplain is French commercial and stock management software designed for SMEs, small wholesalers, and SME traders. It covers the full chain: product catalog, quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, supplier orders, and receipts, with real-time stock updates on every move, valuation, and reporting. The annual billing grid shows four plans: Business at EUR 29/month for 1 user, First at EUR 64/month for 2 users, Premium at EUR 99/month for 5 users, and Elite at EUR 219/month for 10 users. On monthly payment without lock-in, these become EUR 34, EUR 79, EUR 124, and EUR 279/month respectively. Extra users are charged EUR 10 to EUR 30/month by plan, and a 14-day free trial is offered without a card.

The interface and support are available in French, which remains rare on a segment dominated by English-language editors. No French compliance obligation attaches to this tool, unlike the certified cash registers in the same category, so a buyer established outside France can judge it on features and connectors alone. Official connectors cover Shopify for e-store, Pennylane and QuickBooks Online for accounting, and Stripe for payment; by contrast PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Cdiscount are not native integrations, requiring the API or an intermediary. Barcode management and stock valuation are in all plans, but multiple storage locations, lot tracking, and kits appear only in Premium (EUR 99/month) and higher, and API access plus B2B store are reserved for Elite (EUR 219/month). Watch the two-part bill: on top of the subscription, order volume is capped by plan, 500 to 3,000 per month, with overages at EUR 0.03 to EUR 0.05 per transaction, a variable cost that no plan absorbs for a high-volume e-merchant.
