Fellow
Meeting management platform with AI transcription, optional bot-free recording and deep HR integrations
Overview
Fellow combines collaborative calendars, note-taking and AI transcription to structure the entire meeting lifecycle: shared agenda before the call, automatic transcription and summary during the call, follow-up on decisions made after. The tool offers bot-free recording or, conversely, a customizable AI assistant (with displayed name and logo) for teams that prefer transparency. The free plan covers basic features for small teams. The Team plan starts at $7 per user per month billed annually ($11 per month when billed monthly), the Business plan at $15 ($23 when billed monthly), and the Enterprise offer from $25 per user per month with reinforced admin controls.
Fellow offers no French-language interface on its official site, despite voice recognition announced in approximately one hundred languages including French for transcription. Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure, with no publicly specified region or documented European hosting option, which should be verified before any sensitive data use. An API is accessible from the Team plan onwards and allows connecting Fellow to an HRIS or ATS. The tool's functional richness (calendars, continuous feedback, objective tracking) requires a longer onboarding period than a simple notetaker, and most of this added value remains reserved for paid plans.
Our verdict
Best for teams who want to unify calendars, continuous feedback and AI transcription in a single tool, with optional bot-free recording. Not for you if you seek a simple, quick-to-learn notetaker: Fellow's functional richness requires a longer adoption period, and most automations remain reserved for paid plans.
