Findem

AI sourcing and talent-intelligence platform that crosses person, company, and career-history data

HR & recruitment

Overview

Findem is a sourcing and talent-intelligence platform that crosses data on people, companies, and career evolution over time (an approach the editor calls '3D data') to identify candidates beyond CV keywords. The tool combines assisted functions (sourcing, employer branding, executive search, analytics) and AI agents able to automate recruiting workflows, relying on over 100,000 data sources. No pricing is published on the site; all pages direct to a demo request or commercial contact, with no tier or price range indicated.

Findem does not offer a French-language interface, with no language selector visible on the site, and the editor does not document GDPR compliance or European data residency on its public pages. The platform connects to major ATS and identity systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby, Okta) rather than operate standalone; an API exists for VC/PE partners via a third-party service (Getro's Jobs API) but no general public API was found for standard customers. The tool targets recruiting teams with high volume of open positions: a 20-person SME hiring occasionally one or two positions a year generally lacks the volume that justifies this type of large-scale AI sourcing tool.

Our verdict

Best for recruiting teams with high volume of open positions who want to go beyond keywords to source profiles using AI. Not for you if you're an SME hiring one or two positions a year: the request-based pricing and absence of a French interface make the tool disproportionate for this volume.
