Folk CRM

Light and collaborative CRM born in Paris, designed for freelancers, agencies and small teams

Overview

Folk is a CRM founded in Paris in 2020 by the former eFounders startup studio team, designed as a light and visual alternative to traditional CRMs, in the spirit of a Notion spreadsheet or Airtable. The folkX Chrome extension imports LinkedIn profiles in one click and auto-enriches contacts. AI assistants (Follow-up, Recap, Research, Workflow) detect inactive conversations, summarize exchanges and suggest personalized follow-ups. The Standard plan (€24/user/month billed annually) covers pipeline management and contact enrichment; Premium (€43/month) adds custom objects and email sequences; Enterprise (from €67/month) offers advanced permissions and dedicated support.

Despite French roots, Folk's interface remains English-only to date, a point to check if not everyone is comfortable in that language. The tool is widely used by agencies, studios and freelancers to centralize prospects, partners and candidates in one collaborative space, with over 5,000 customer businesses. It does not replace a heavy sales CRM for large sales teams with complex multi-stage sales processes.

Our verdict

Recommended for freelancers, agencies and small teams who want a visual, flexible CRM to centralize contacts and opportunities without unnecessary complexity. Not suitable if your team isn't comfortable in English daily, or if you need a sales CRM with advanced forecasting and governance.
