Freehand (ex-Pando)

AI agents that audit and automate your supply-chain spending

Logistics & supply chain

Overview

Previously known as Pando, Freehand was relaunched in February 2026 as an agentic platform dedicated to supply-chain spend management. Its AI agents read unstructured documents (invoices, emails, contracts), reason over internal policies, and execute actions directly in ERP and procurement systems. Stated result: 5 to 10% freight-spend reduction through automated audit and billing-anomaly detection.

The platform targets large accounts with complex logistics flows (freight, 3PL, direct materials). It covers freight-invoice audit, supplier dispute resolution, and carrier-contract compliance: time-consuming tasks that supply-chain teams outsource or manage via spreadsheets.

Our verdict

Relevant for procurement and supply-chain leaders at mid-market or large companies losing money to undetected freight-billing errors. Too complex and too expensive for an SME without dedicated finance/supply teams. Watch carefully: since the Pando brand disappeared, verify contract continuity before signing.
