Hyperlex is a French legaltech founded in 2017 and acquired in 2022 by DiliTrust to form the contract management module of DiliTrust Governance Suite. The solution uses natural language processing to analyze, extract and classify key contract information. It offers a 360-degree view of the contract lifecycle: filing, electronic signature, deadline alerts and reporting.

Hyperlex targets legal departments and enterprises with significant contract volume to centralize. Its French positioning and interface available in French make it a natural choice for European SMEs and mid-market companies seeking a GDPR-compliant CLM hosted in Europe. Pricing is entirely on request depending on scope.

Our verdict

Good choice for a French legal department seeking a sovereign CLM, GDPR compliant and interfaced in French. Integration into DiliTrust adds power but sometimes complicates onboarding. For purely drafting needs, Spellbook or Juro are more agile; for case law research, prefer Doctrine.
