Gestion de stock

Overview

inFlow Inventory is stock management software for wholesalers, distributors, and small manufacturers. It covers receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, customer and supplier orders, stock valuation, barcode scanning, and a B2B portal allowing customers to order directly; the editor also markets its own scanner and label printer. Pricing is in dollars: the Entrepreneur plan costs $129/month on annual billing ($161 monthly) with 2 users, 1 integration, and 1,200 sales orders per year; Small Business $349/month with 5 users, 3 integrations, and 12,000 orders; Mid-Size $699/month with 10 users, 5 integrations, and unlimited orders; Enterprise on request. The inFlow Manufacturing and inFlow Stockroom product lines are charged separately, from $179 and $99/month.

The interface and support are English-only, with no French version, effectively excluding non-English-speaking teams day-to-day. The integration catalog is one of the richest in this selection, with 95+ connectors: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, BigCommerce, and Squarespace on store, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Rakuten on marketplaces, QuickBooks Online and Xero on accounting, and 40+ carriers via EasyPost. A public documented API is offered, complemented by an MCP server for developing custom integrations, and SSO goes through Entra, Google, Okta, or OneLogin. Multi-warehouse and barcode are native. The main constraint is the integration counter: the entry plan allows only one, capped at 1,200 orders per year, so a multichannel seller must move to $349/month.

Our verdict

Best for wholesalers and distributors managing warehouses with barcodes who sell across multiple channels and want a very broad integration catalog, PrestaShop included. Not for you if your team does not work in English or if you sell on more than one channel with a small budget: the entry plan at $129/month includes only one integration and 1,200 orders per year.
