Innovorder

Innovorder is a French editor serving both commercial foodservice and collective dining (health, corporate, school, public) with a modular suite: POS, order kiosks, online ordering, kitchen displays, loyalty, and order management. The published grid has two priced plans. Starter at EUR 79/month covers one location and a certified NF525 POS, for initial digitization. Growth at EUR 299/month targets chains with 2 to 10 locations and includes order kiosks, online ordering, loyalty program, kitchen displays, and order management. Beyond ten locations, plus collective dining, pricing moves to request. Prices are net of hardware; installation, training, and support are announced as included. Those amounts buy the software alone: card processing is contracted with a payment provider, which takes its own commission on each transaction.

Innovorder has documented NF525 compliance since 2016, with a certificate issued by AFNOR through INFOCERT, so an accredited third party rather than an editor's own attestation. NF525 is the French VAT anti-fraud certification required to run a cash register in France, and it is the main reason to shortlist Innovorder if you operate there; the collective dining side of the offer follows French practice too, down to the meal-voucher plumbing. The entire product, site, and support (six days a week) are in French. A public developer API is documented and the integration catalog covers delivery (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Stuart, Deliverect), payment (Stripe, Yavin, PayGreen), meal vouchers (Edenred), accounting (Pennylane, Sage, Chift), HR (Skello, Combo, Shyfter), and stock management. On the AI side, the editor documents a Plate Scan AI module that automatically recognizes plate contents to speed lines in collective dining. The limitations: the pricing jump from EUR 79 to EUR 299/month triggers at the second location, and hardware is additional.
