Ironclad

The enterprise CLM for legal departments managing thousands of contracts.

Juridique

Overview

Ironclad is one of the most comprehensive CLM platforms on the market, designed for enterprises managing high contract volumes with multiple stakeholders. Pricing starts around $25,000 to $60,000/year for small setups and can exceed $250,000/year for large enterprises. Implementation requires significant project planning.

The platform offers configurable validation workflows, integrated electronic signature, AI for key data extraction and a management dashboard. Integration ecosystem is very wide (Salesforce, DocuSign, NetSuite, Coupa...). Main user criticism: advanced AI features are often billed separately.

Our verdict

Reserved for legal departments of mid-size to large enterprises. Investment in time and money only pays off with substantial contract volume and a dedicated team to manage it. For an SME, Juro or even Juro plus Spellbook offers better ROI.
