Jitterbit
iPaaS platform with more than 200 connectors to integrate cloud applications, on-premise systems, and legacy systems
Overview
Jitterbit is a cloud integration platform (iPaaS) offering more than 200 ready-made connectors to link cloud applications, on-premise systems, and legacy applications, as well as an App Builder module to create connected business applications without code. The iPaaS offering comes in three plans (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) differentiated by the number of active connections and support response time, from 48 hours to 6 hours. All Jitterbit products require an annual contract, and no amount is published on the website: the publisher offers custom pricing based on needs, as well as enterprise licensing agreements (ELA) for large-scale deployments. A trial can be requested via a dedicated form.
The Jitterbit website is available in French among a dozen European languages, making it easier for a French-speaking team to evaluate even though technical documentation remains primarily in English. The publisher does not communicate a general GDPR guarantee on its public site beyond standard security mentions. An API allows you to extend integrations, and the connector catalog covers Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, or Adobe Commerce. The main limitation is the absence of public pricing and the requirement of an annual contract for all products, making the tool poorly suited to a one-off need or quick test without a full sales cycle.
Our verdict
Best for enterprises needing to connect legacy systems to modern cloud applications with a wide connector catalog. Not for you if you have a one-off need or an uncommitted budget: all Jitterbit products require an annual contract and no pricing is public.
