The free Sandbox plan (100 conversations per month) lets you test the concept; the Starter plan (€32/month annually, 500 conversations and 100 AI chats) suits small teams, while the WhatsApp channel requires the dedicated Pro plan (€200/month) and larger needs shift to Business (from €400/month). The interface is available only in English, Spanish, Italian and Catalan, not French. Several Trustpilot reviews, markedly less glowing than those on G2 or Capterra, flag aggressive billing when moving up (WhatsApp, AI features).

Best for marketing and sales teams wanting to replace a static web form with an engaging conversational journey, backed by a genuine track record in the market. Not for you if you need a French interface for your team, or if your budget must stay predictable: moving to the WhatsApp channel or AI features raises costs fairly quickly.
