Lattice

Talent management platform for performance, goals and engagement that structures feedback cycles, OKRs and employee surveys

RH & recrutement

Overview

Lattice is a talent management platform that splits functionality into separately billed modules: Performance ($10/user/month) for annual review cycles, 360 feedback and one-on-ones, Goals & OKRs ($8) for cascading company objectives to teams, and Engagement ($4) for engagement surveys and attrition analytics. A prebuilt Foundations bundle combines these at $13/user/month, and two add-ons round out the offering: Compensation (from $6) for managing salary reviews, Grow (from $4) for individual development plans. All pricing is in US dollars, annual contract only, with a $4,000/year minimum commitment that is the real entry point regardless of team size.

Lattice is available in French, as well as Canadian French, German, Spanish and British English, with each employee choosing their interface language. Important caveat: the editor notes that user-generated content is not translated, so an engagement survey written in English will stay in English for an employee who selected French, requiring you to manage multilingual versions yourself. An API lets you sync headcount from an HRIS and connect daily tools (team messaging, identity directory, office suite). The main limit is budgetary: the $4,000/year minimum makes the tool outsized for teams under twenty, and stacking modules quickly pushes the per-employee cost up.

Our verdict

Best for SMEs with 50 to 500 employees who want to structure feedback, goals and employee surveys in a tool available in French. Not for you if you run a small team: the $4,000/year minimum and lack of translation for user-entered content make the investment hard to justify under twenty people.
