Lusha
B2B data platform with AI to find and enrich prospect and account contacts, with native CRM integrations
Overview
Lusha is a B2B data platform that lets you search and enrich prospect contacts (emails, phone numbers, business data) from a query (sector, function, location) or by uploading a company list. The model runs on credits: 1 credit to reveal an email, 10 credits for a phone number. The free plan offers 40 credits per month, enough to test. Starter ($49.90/month or $449.10/year) grants 400 monthly credits, roughly 40 emails plus a few phones; Professional ($69.90/month or $545.22/year) offers 600; Premium ($399.90/month or $3,119.21/year) unlocks 3,400 monthly credits, a volume suited to an active prospecting team.
Lusha offers neither interface nor site in French: everything is in English, including support and documentation. In terms of compliance, the publisher is nevertheless one of the most documented in its category: it claims ISO 27701 certification obtained from an independent auditor, plus ISO 27001, ISO 27018 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications, TrustArc seals, and publishes a dedicated GDPR and UK GDPR page. A public API exists (Enrichment, Prospecting, Signals and Lookalike endpoints) with key generation from the account, plus the Chrome extension and Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Make or Clay connectors. The limits are the credit model, which makes the real cost of a direct number very high, and data coverage significantly finer on the United States than on French SMBs.
Our verdict
Best for B2B sales teams who regularly enrich their contacts and want a data provider that seriously documents its GDPR compliance, with native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. Not for you if you prospect mostly French SMBs and microenterprises: coverage there is weak and phones at 10 credits drain a plan in days.
