Monday CRM

Visual CRM on the monday.com platform with contact management, pipelines and automation, built for team collaboration

CRM & ventes

Overview

Monday CRM is the CRM edition of the monday.com platform, offering a visual interface (Kanban boards, timelines) for managing contacts, opportunities, sales pipelines and tasks as one team. Pricing is in euros with annual discount: the Basic plan (€12/month annual, €18 monthly) handles up to 1,000 active contacts and 1 dashboard; Standard (€17 annual, €25 monthly) scales to 10,000 contacts and 5 dashboards; Pro (€28 annual, €41 monthly, called the most popular) offers 100,000 contacts and 50 dashboards, fit for a 3-5 person sales team. A custom Ultimate plan covers enterprise needs (unlimited contacts and dashboards, HIPAA compliance). The minimum commitment is 3 users.

The monday.com interface is available in French, as are the official site and help center, a rarity among US CRMs and a help for non-English sales teams. The company documents GDPR compliance in its trust center and notes that data is stored in US, German or Australian data centers, with the nearest one to the first user to create the account chosen by default: a French SME would typically be hosted in Germany. A public GraphQL API and webhooks let you patch the CRM into in-house systems, plus connectors for Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Zoom or QuickBooks. The limits hinge on billing: 3-seat minimum, forced seat tiers and capped automation per plan push costs up fast, and the flexibility of boards means you build your own sales process.

Our verdict

Best for teams that love visual, collaborative interfaces, already familiar with monday.com, and want a French CRM with no-code configurable workflows. Not for you if you need a full prospecting suite (AI scoring, bulk email) or if you're solo: the 3-seat minimum means €36/month base even on the Basic plan.
