Monstock

Monstock is a French stock and logistics flow management platform targeting industrial SMEs, distributors, and service companies with equipment in the field. It covers inbound and outbound, cycle counts, threshold replenishment, order picking, traceability by lot and serial number, as well as route management and stock tracking in vehicles. Pricing is per user per month, net: Essential starts at EUR 14.90 for the first user then EUR 9.90 per additional user on prepaid payment, Professional at EUR 24.90 then EUR 19.90, and Enterprise at EUR 39.90 then EUR 29.90. On standard monthly payment these amounts rise to EUR 19.90, EUR 32.90, and EUR 51.90 for the first user. An Unlimited plan is offered on request and a 14-day trial is available without payment.

As a French editor, Monstock offers an interface and documentation in French, easing rollout with field teams. The connector catalog is the broadest for French use: Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, and Amazon on sales, eBay and Cdiscount on marketplaces, Sage, Cegid, Odoo, and SAP on ERP, QuickBooks, Xero, and Ciel on accounting, and over 100 carriers including La Poste, Chronopost, DPD, and DHL. An API and webhooks allow you to hook in a custom system. Multi-warehouse, barcode, and mobile scanning are core functions. The limitation is the billing model: price per user climbs quickly once you staff pickers and sales reps, Essential is capped at 10 users, and rich functionality demands real upfront configuration.
