Octoparse is a no-code web scraping tool working by point-and-click: the user clicks elements to extract from a page (prices, reviews, contact info, listings) and the tool auto-generates the extraction workflow without code. Octoparse is usable by French speakers without particular technical skill: the point-and-click interface requires no coding knowledge, though the software interface and documentation are primarily English. The tool can scrape French sites or any other language equally, the result depending on the target site and not product localization. No public API is offered for programmatic connection to third-party systems; exports go to files or a few predefined cloud destinations.
