Payhawk

Modular spend management platform (cards, expenses, vendor invoices, business travel) for multi-entity European groups

Comptabilité & finance

Overview

Payhawk brings together four separately activatable modules: Travel (business trip booking compliant with internal policy), Cards & Expenses (multi-currency cards, spend controls, automatic expense creation on each payment), Accounts Payable (vendor invoice processing and international payments, with stated exchange margin of 0.3% on ten major currencies) and Procurement (purchase orders, two or three-way matching). The publisher does not publish a full grid: pricing is described as modular, with a fixed base, variable usage component and options. Only the Growth program displays a public amount, at £149 per month over 24 months, reserved for small businesses in the UK and EEA under 20 employees.

Payhawk has an official site in French and explicitly targets multi-entity European groups, with cards issued in euros and payments covering over 100 currencies via a banking partnership with J.P. Morgan. Integrations go beyond classic SMB tools and cover enterprise ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sage Intacct) as well as HRIS, and an API lets you connect internal systems. Two limits to know: the Growth program caps at one entity and excludes procure-to-pay, budget tracking and the add-on module library; beyond that offer, everything goes through a commercial quote, making price comparison impossible without prior exchange.

Our verdict

Best for growing European businesses managing multiple entities who want to centralize cards, expenses, vendor invoices and purchases in a tool connected to their ERP. Not for you if you want clear pricing from the start: outside Growth at £149 per month, everything is quote-based, and the modular base is oversized for a microenterprise.
