Persefoni is a US-based carbon accounting platform that positioned itself as the reference for financial institutions (banks, funds, asset managers) through PCAF compliance and financed emissions calculation tools. It covers scopes 1, 2, and 3 per GHG Protocol, offers reporting models for CSRD, TCFD, CDP, and SBTi, and provides complete audit trails compatible with auditor requirements.

Persefoni offers a free Pro plan for enterprises starting out, and an Advanced plan on request for advanced features (supply chain, full regulatory reporting). Interface is in English. Since 2025, the company raised additional $23M to accelerate AI development. Limitation: poorly suited to SMEs outside the financial sector and absent from French-speaking markets.
