Proda AI is a machine learning-powered rent roll (tenant ledger) processing and analysis platform for commercial real estate. It automatically captures rent roll data from Excel, PDFs, and property management systems (Yardi, MRI, SAP, Argus, Voyanta, RealPage OneSite), standardizes formats from any language or currency, detects inconsistencies, and exports clean datasets via dashboard or REST API. Proda reduces rent roll processing time by up to 95% and automates data validation. Over 150 companies use Proda, including Blackstone, Hines, ING Real Estate, and Mount Street. Proda AI offers no French-language interface: supported languages include English, German, and Dutch only, with no French-language support announced.
