Salesloft

Sales engagement platform that brings together multi-channel sequences, call analytics and pipeline management for structured sales teams

CRM & ventes

Overview

Salesloft is a sales engagement platform that centralizes sales execution: multi-channel prospecting sequences (email, calls, LinkedIn, tasks) via the Cadence module, call recording and analysis via Conversations, opportunity management via Deals, forecasting via Forecast, daily action prioritization by AI via Rhythm, and reporting via Analytics. The stated goal is to layer execution and coaching on top of your existing CRM rather than replace it. The editor publishes no amounts on its pricing page: offerings are presented by tier and price is shared on quote, per user, after a sales conversation. Plan for negotiation and, as often in this segment, an annual commitment.

The official website offers a language selector including French, easing adoption by a French-speaking team, though some technical documentation stays in English. Salesloft has an office in London and documents security and privacy practices in a dedicated Trust Center, without guaranteeing European hosting on its public pages: a point to nail down in contract if you handle European prospect data. An API and native connectors link the tool to Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Gong or Slack. The real limits for an SME: no public pricing, high per-seat cost once negotiated, and deployment requiring a RevOps resource to build cadences, CRM fields and reports.

Our verdict

Best for already-structured sales teams (multiple reps, a CRM in place, a RevOps owner) wanting to industrialize sequences and analyze calls in a single tool. Not for you if you work alone or in a very small team: without public pricing, without a signed annual commitment and without someone to configure the tool, cost and setup are disproportionate.
