Overview
Sight Machine builds a plant digital twin (Plant Digital Twin) by aggregating data from all machines, lines, and equipment to offer real-time visibility into the entire manufacturing process. The platform automatically contextualizes raw sensor and SCADA data to produce actionable production KPIs without coding.
As a Microsoft Cloud for Manufacturing partner, Sight Machine often deploys in Azure environments and primarily targets large industrial groups with multi-site plants. SMEs can access an entry-level plan, but deployment complexity and the need to clean and normalize heterogeneous data typically require integrator support.
Our verdict
Relevant for manufacturing directors and CIOs at mid and large plants wanting to unify production data scattered across SCADA, ERP, and MES. Less suited to artisanal SMEs or workshops without existing sensor infrastructure: initial deployment requires significant IT resources. A good fit if you're already in the Azure ecosystem.
