Our verdict

Slang.ai is remarkably effective for fine dining or high phone-volume restaurants losing reservations due to missed calls. The cost is high for an independent operator but pays back quickly if the phone rings more than 20 times per day. Outside the American and English-speaking market, the solution is not yet viable.
