Stockagile

Spanish inventory platform for omnichannel retail: single stock across stores, checkout, e-commerce and marketplaces

Gestion de stock

Overview

Stockagile is a Spanish inventory and operations platform for omnichannel retail. It unifies inventory, purchasing, warehouse management, orders, checkout and online sales in real time across a single stock, divided into six modules: inventory, purchasing, orders, planning, warehouse and production. Pricing is displayed in euros: Starter costs 49 EUR/month for 1 store, 1 user and 1 checkout, with a cap of 10,000 EUR in monthly sales; Grow rises to 89 EUR/month with unlimited sales volume, multiple stores, users and checkouts; Pro reaches 319 EUR/month and adds multi-warehouse, demand planning, advanced store replenishment, lot and serial number tracking and production management. Onboarding is announced as included with no commitment term.

The interface and website are offered in Spanish and English, with no French version. This is the main reservation for a French SME, particularly as document templates and tax handling are designed for the Spanish market. Native connectors cover Shopify, PrestaShop and WooCommerce for stores, Amazon, Zalando, Miravia and El Corte Inglés via Mirakl for marketplaces, Sage and Holded for accounting, Sendcloud and several 3PL providers for logistics; Cdiscount is not covered. An open REST API and real-time webhooks are documented. Barcode scanning is native and multi-warehouse appears from the Pro tier. The true budget risk lies in add-on modules: 25 EUR/month per e-commerce channel, 49 EUR/month per marketplace, 89 EUR/month per additional store and 319 EUR/month for the B2B portal, which can easily double a multi-channel retailer's bill.

Our verdict

Best for retailers and brands managing multiple locations and selling online, who want a single stock across store, e-commerce and European marketplaces. Avoid if your team works only in Spanish, or if you run many channels: the lack of a French interface and separately invoiced modules will significantly raise your actual cost.
