Tactill is a French cash register editor designed exclusively for iPad, targeting independent shops, bars, and small restaurants. It is one of the rare players to publish its full grid. Three no-lock-in plans are offered: Discovery at EUR 29/month net (EUR 348 net per year) with payment processing, Tactill Pay, daily email report, certification, and cloud backup; Professional at EUR 49/month net (EUR 588 net per year) adding unlimited catalog, customer database, stock management, and advanced reports; Enterprise at EUR 69/month net (EUR 828 net per year) unlocking analytics export, Zapier integration in beta, and API access. Each additional terminal is charged EUR 29/month. A 15-day free trial gives access to all features. Note that this grid prices the software: Tactill Pay, the payment side bundled from the entry plan, carries no published commission rate, so ask for it before signing.

Tactill states it is certified under the 2018 French Finance Law, the anti-fraud rule that governs any cash register used for retail sales in France: the app and compliance certificate are available to all users from their dashboard. The editor guarantees immutability and archiving of sales in its cloud, with encryption and multiple daily backups. Tactill is a French editor selling to shops in France, and the product, site, and chat and phone support are in French, so there is little here for a buyer established elsewhere. API access and Zapier connector are available only in the Enterprise plan at EUR 69/month net. Hardware comprises Tactill accessories (printers, cash drawers, barcode readers) and the Tactill Box, a compact counter stand. Clear limitations: the solution is 100% iPad, with no Android or Windows version, the third-party integration catalog is very restricted compared to Popina or Zelty, and the editor does not publish an NF525 certificate number, the document a French tax inspector asks to see.
