Our verdict

Tellent is a solid option for a French SME or mid-market company that wants to consolidate multiple HR tools into a single European platform with GDPR compliance and French-language support. The main advantage is data consistency across ATS, HRIS, and performance. Watch out for the ongoing transition: legacy Javelo or Recruitee users are gradually migrating to the unified suite, which can temporarily create confusion around available features. Prioritize this if you want long-term vision and have at least 2 HR needs to address simultaneously.
