Tipalti

Tipalti automates the vendor chain end-to-end: vendor onboarding via a self-service portal, tax document collection, invoice processing and validation, payment in many countries and currencies, then accounting reconciliation. The publisher displays two pricing entry points: Tipalti Accounts Payable from $99 per month and Tipalti Mass Payments, aimed at mass payouts to creators, affiliates or merchants, from $249 per month. Both formulas include unlimited users and the vendor portal, but come with per-transaction billing, by invoice and payment, plus add-ons for Procurement, Expenses and Treasury modules.

Tipalti's site and interface are in English, with no official French version. The publisher clarifies itself that the final price depends on the number of processed payments, the number of legal entities, the modules activated and the payment methods and currencies used: the entry amounts shown do not thus reflect the real cost of a deployment, and a quote remains necessary. An API and connectors to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Xero or Microsoft Dynamics let you automate the accounting flow. The tool is clearly calibrated for high invoice volumes and an international vendor base: a structure processing a few dozen invoices per month pays mostly for unused complexity.
