Overview
Windsurf is Codeium's proprietary AI IDE, known for fast autocompletions and the Cascade agent that acts continuously: it plans, executes commands, modifies files and adapts to errors without manual intervention. The Codeium suite also offers plugins for VS Code, JetBrains and Neovim, letting you use autocomplete without switching editors. The free plan includes limited Cascade sessions but enough for serious evaluation.
The Pro plan at $15/month gives 500 monthly credits, unlimited completions, access to all models and unrestricted Cascade. The Pro Plus plan at $35/month offers priority access to flagship models. For teams, the Teams plan at $25/user/month adds admin dashboard and SSO. The interface is English-only.
