Workato

Workato is a low-code integration and automation (iPaaS) platform that allows you to connect business applications and orchestrate multi-step workflows without writing code, using recipes that combine triggers, actions, and conditional logic. The platform covers automation of HR, finance, sales, or support processes, as well as API construction and embedded integrations for software publishers. Workato publishes no pricing grid on its website: the dedicated page consistently directs to a sales demo, and pricing depends on the number of connectors, the volume of automated tasks, and activated modules (automation, API management, AI agents).

The Workato website is available only in English, Japanese, and Korean: no French version is offered, which may hinder a small French-speaking team without technical English skills. The publisher documents security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001) but does not publish a general GDPR guarantee on its public site. An API and SDK allow you to build custom connectors beyond the existing catalog, and the platform offers more than a thousand ready-made connectors to applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, or Workday. The main limitation is the complete absence of public pricing, which requires engaging a full sales cycle even to evaluate a simple use case.
