Zoho Social
Social media management in the Zoho ecosystem with WhatsApp and Telegram Business included in Premium plan, up to 14 channels per brand
Overview
Zoho Social manages publishing, monitoring, and reporting on a broad base of channels: X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (profiles and pages), YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, Mastodon, Bluesky, and from the Premium plan WhatsApp Business and Telegram Business, or up to 14 channels for one brand. The pricing grid, in euros and billed annually, includes a permanent Free plan (1 brand, 6 channels), Standard at €10 per month (12 channels), Professional at €30 (adds bulk scheduling and monitoring), and Premium at €40 per month (3 team members, unified inbox, approval workflows); monthly billing without commitment costs more than these annual rates.
Zoho Social is available in French (zoho.com/fr/social), a clear advantage for a French-speaking SME already in the Zoho ecosystem. The tool integrates natively with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk to transform a social interaction into a ticket or lead, as well as Canva for visuals and Bitly for shortening links; no public API dedicated to external developers is documented outside this ecosystem. Instagram Reels publishing can be automatic or scheduled with notification, but TikTok and part of Instagram remain tied to a publication notification to validate in the Zoho Social mobile app. The Free plan limits to a single brand and single member, and advanced functions (workflows, custom reports, CRM) only arrive at the Premium tier, which is pricier than the advertised entry rates.
Our verdict
Best for French-speaking SMEs already in the Zoho ecosystem who want to centralize WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and classic networks under one brand. Not for you if you manage multiple brands or a large team from the start: the Free plan limits to one brand and one member, and advanced workflows only arrive at the Premium tier.
