Our verdict: Innovorder

Best for growing quick-service restaurant chains and collective dining operators in France who want kiosks, kitchen displays, and a certified register from a single French editor, with an open API. Outside France, the certification and the meal-voucher plumbing lose their purpose. Not for you if you operate only two or three restaurants: the jump from EUR 79 to EUR 299/month at the second location inflates the bill very quickly.

Our verdict: Lightspeed Restaurant

Best for structured restaurants and multi-location groups in France who want a POS certified by an accredited third party and a broad ecosystem of integrations, from reservation to accounting; outside France, the same product without the certification argument. Not for you if you are opening a small establishment on a tight budget: EUR 89/month for a single license, plus EUR 49/month per additional terminal and a card commission on top, remains expensive against equivalent French offers.
