Our verdict: Microsoft Power Automate
Recommended for French-speaking SMEs and organizations already on Microsoft 365 wanting to automate internal processes (approvals, notifications, document extraction) without leaving the ecosystem and with French support. Not suitable if your stack isn't Microsoft: tools like Make or n8n, more neutral and often simpler to adopt, suit non-Microsoft environments better.
Our verdict: Zapier
The simplest to learn for automating without technical skills. Make is more powerful and often cheaper at high volume, but Zapier stays the most accessible to start.
