What drives the bill up
The counter that decides everything is characters per user per month: 50,000 free, 300,000 on Individual, 1,000,000 on Team. A 40-page report uses roughly 100,000 characters, so three documents max out the free plan. Also watch out for the Write Pro module, billed separately on Individual and Team, and the 'unlimited' claim in the Business plan, which is governed by a fair-use policy.
