Dialpad
Communications and contact center platform with autonomous AI agents, available in French, for voice and support teams
Overview
Dialpad brings together enterprise telephony, videoconferencing and messaging with Dialpad Connect, a contact center with Dialpad Support, a prospecting module with Dialpad Sell and autonomous AI agents capable of handling voice as well as written channels. The in-house AI layer ensures live transcription, summaries, in-call coaching and evaluation grids. Be careful with pricing: the publisher's pricing page no longer displays any per-user grid and directs to sales for Connect, Support and Sell. AI agents are billed per conversation via a credit pool consumed only when the AI retrieves information or executes a real action like booking or routing. Only the small-business page still shows an entry point at $15 per month.
Dialpad publishes an official French site at dialpad.com/fr, products, security pages and privacy policy included, and its AI handles multiple languages including French for transcription and summaries. The publisher highlights advanced data protection, audit logs and a dedicated trust center, without publicly announcing dedicated hosting in Europe. An open API and application marketplace let you connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho, ServiceNow, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The limits are first commercial: with no price displayed, impossible to compare without a call, and billing by credits makes AI spending hard to budget upfront. Rich features also assume serious setup, exceeding the needs of a microenterprise looking for a simple business line.
Our verdict
Best for businesses wanting to reunite telephony, contact center and AI agents on one platform available in French, with mature voice AI on transcription and coaching. Not for you if you must compare prices before talking to sales: the per-user grid is no longer published and conversation-based AI billing is hard to project.
