Document360
Documentation and knowledge base platform with AI, available in French, for publishing online help, manuals and procedures
Overview
Document360 is a documentation and knowledge base platform for both publishing customer-facing help and maintaining product docs, manuals and internal procedures. The publisher adds conversational search powered by AI that answers by citing source articles, a writing assistant and an MCP connector to plug in external assistants. No amount is published: the pricing page displays a three-step questionnaire and explains that price is built on the configuration you choose, namely the number of writer and reviewer team accounts, the number of workspaces, languages, base confidentiality model, single sign-on requirements and AI suite usage. A fourteen-day free trial is offered before any commercial exchange.
Document360 publishes an official site in French, accessible via the language selector and the address document360.com/fr, alongside Spanish, German and Brazilian Portuguese; multilingual article localization is also part of the product, letting you maintain a base in both French and English in the same space. The REST API is publicly documented and covers articles, categories, readers, team members and base settings, with version management and rate limits; over sixty ready-to-use connectors are announced, including Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce and GitHub. The limits are worth weighing: pricing on request prevents quick comparison, the tool assumes real editorial discipline to stay current, and migrating an existing wiki represents a migration project not to underestimate.
Our verdict
Best for SMBs whose support answers the same questions constantly and who want a serious knowledge base, publishable in French, with AI search that cites its sources. Not for you if you want to compare costs before committing: no amount is displayed and you must pass through a questionnaire then a sales team.
