Gem

AI-powered sourcing and candidate CRM platform, plugging into your existing ATS or working as a complete recruitment suite

RH & recrutement

Overview

Gem comes in two forms: a sourcing and candidate CRM layer that plugs into an existing ATS, or a complete recruitment suite with its own built-in ATS. The product rests on AI agents that search across over 800 million profiles, auto-rank inbound applications, reactivate dormant candidates and detect fraudulent applications. It adds multi-channel outreach sequences, unlimited email search, interview scheduling and pipeline analytics. Pricing is mostly on quote, sized on company headcount. Only the startup program shows a number: $130/month on annual payment for teams of 1 to 10 employees, versus $270 at the reference rate, plus six free months for companies under 30 employees.

Gem is English-only, with no French interface or website, and its profile databases are naturally more extensive on North American markets than on the French SME landscape, limiting the appeal of automated sourcing for purely local hiring. The editor offers an API and deep connectors to ATS platforms and professional email, letting you keep your existing candidate tracking tool without migration. Two caveats: pricing opacity beyond ten employees, which requires contacting sales, and AI search relevance highly dependent on profile density in your sector and geography.

Our verdict

Best for startups and scale-ups hiring technical or international profiles in volume who want to add AI sourcing without changing ATS, with very accessible pricing under ten employees. Not for you if you only hire locally in roles with thin online representation: automated sourcing value drops sharply.
