Kixie

Commercial telephony and power dialer integrated into your CRM to multiply calls and automate prospecting tasks

Telephony & voicebots

Overview

Kixie is a commercial telephony solution that combines a cloud phone system, a power dialer (up to four simultaneous lines on the most complete plan), SMS sending and call-triggered automation, with native two-way CRM integration. The official site presents three formulas: Professional for individual use, Single-Line PowerDialer which adds a dialer to one line, and Multi-Line PowerDialer, the most popular plan, allowing you to compose up to four lines in parallel. No amount is displayed publicly on the current pricing page: each plan includes unlimited minutes to the US and Canada, and a 7-day free trial is offered without a credit card, but the final price is negotiated via the sales team.

Kixie does not offer a French-language interface: the site and product remain English-only, with US-based support. The vendor does not publicly document GDPR compliance or EU data residency on its official site. Public APIs and webhooks are documented in a dedicated developer section, which allows you to build custom integrations beyond standard connectors. Kixie integrates natively with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, ActiveCampaign and Slack, as well as with 80+ CRMs via custom connection. The main hidden cost is premium add-on modules (AI voicemail detection, conversation intelligence, red-list compliance), billed on top of the base subscription.

Our verdict

Best for small sales teams who want a phone system and power dialer integrated into their CRM without switching prospecting tools. Not for you if you need to know the budget upfront: no pricing is shown publicly, and useful add-ons like AI or conversation intelligence add to the base price negotiated.
