Shipsy

Logistics platform combining TMS, WMS, and AI agents to manage transport, warehouse, and first/last-mile delivery

Logistique & supply chain

Overview

Shipsy is a logistics platform that merges a transportation management system (TMS) and warehouse management system (WMS) in a single tool. It covers carrier RFQ, route planning and optimization, execution, real-time tracking, billing and settlement, as well as warehouse flows: inbound, inventory management, order picking, and dock management. The editor has built an AI agent layer called AgentFleet on top, with specialized agents for customer relations, driver operations, financial operations, and dispute handling. The company claims over 300 employees and four offices in Gurugram, Dubai, Amsterdam, and Singapore. No pricing grid is published and pricing is set on request.

Shipsy offers neither an interface nor a site in French, and the editor does not publicly document EU data residency or a dedicated GDPR commitment, even though the solution handles delivery data and recipient contact information by nature. The technical strength is clear: a suite of open HTTPS REST APIs, complemented by FTP and EDI exchanges, an integrations marketplace claiming over 150 connectors to OMS, WMS, and e-commerce platforms, certified connectors for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite, and over 240 connected carriers. The limitations are those of an enterprise platform: deployment is project-based with configuration work, and commercial traction remains primarily Indian, Middle Eastern, and Asian.

Our verdict

Best for organizations managing their own transport and warehouse flows internationally and seeking a single platform rather than separate tools, with solid ERP connectors. Not for you if you are a French SME: no French interface, no public pricing, and a network of pre-integrated carriers geared to Asia and the Middle East rather than Europe.
