TheFork Manager

Reservation software for restaurants backed by the TheFork marketplace, TripAdvisor and the MICHELIN guide, with pricing on request only

Réservation & prise de RDV

Overview

TheFork Manager is the reservation management software from TheFork, backed by a restaurant marketplace in eleven countries and partnerships with TripAdvisor, the MICHELIN guide, Google and Meta. It centralizes reservations from all these channels, offers a free zero-commission booking module for the restaurant's website and social media, intelligent floor plan, waitlist, availability management, card on file, deposits and email and SMS reconfirmations. Three plans exist: Visibility, Performance and Enterprise, but none are priced: every button leads to "Request pricing." Pricing depends entirely on a quote, and the revenue taken from marketplace bookings is not published either.

The interface and support are in French, and the publisher, a TripAdvisor subsidiary, has teams in France. It is the only restaurant tool in this panel combining software with a high-traffic directory, which is also its pitfall: bookings from your own website are announced zero-commission, but those from the marketplace follow a paid model with no public terms. TheFork documents several AI features: predicting no-show risk, auto-summarizing customer reviews and auto-call agents for phone booking. A custom API connects checkout and CRM to prevent duplicate entry. The major limit is complete pricing opacity, compounded by dependence on a directory that puts you in direct competition with nearby restaurants.

Our verdict

Best for restaurants seeking volume first and willing to pay for visibility from TheFork, TripAdvisor and the MICHELIN guide, with full-featured French room management software. Avoid if you want to control cost per cover: none of the three plans show pricing, and the cost of marketplace bookings is not public.
