Zoho Recruit is a cloud ATS available in two editions: Corporate HR for teams that hire internally, and Staffing Agency for recruitment firms with client and vendor portal management. The platform covers multi-job-board posting, AI-powered CV parsing, candidate scoring, video interview scheduling and a self-service candidate portal. The permanent free plan is capped at one active position and 256MB of storage, with no AI parsing or integrations; paid plans start at $25/month/user (Standard) and go up to $75/month/user (Enterprise) billed annually, with add-ons (video interviews, client portal) charged separately.
Zoho Recruit's site and pricing grid are available in the Zoho ecosystem's language options, and the tool integrates natively with other Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People) already widely used by SMEs. An API allows you to automate custom recruitment workflows. Real costs climb fast with add-ons: video, extra storage and data backup can add 30 to 50% to the published rate, so verify pricing against your actual needs before committing to annual terms.
Our verdict
Best for SMEs already using Zoho CRM or Zoho Books who want a natively integrated ATS in their existing suite at an accessible entry cost. Not for you if you don't already use the Zoho ecosystem and want a simpler standalone ATS: the free plan is too limited for real use, and add-ons quickly raise your bill.
